This specific event is in partnership with PQLab, the main organizers of Batang Pickleball, an Elite Training Camp for youth development. The tournament structure, rules, and regulations are independently defined and overseen by in10s Games.

Team Composition & Divisions:

• This is a team-based competition. Each team must be composed of 4 players: 2 girls and 2 boys. Teams may register under one of the following age categories:

  • 14 Under (Born 2012 or later) - 8 slots only

  • 18 Under (Born 2008 or later) - 8 slots only

• All players are required to present valid identification during online registration to verify their age.

Match Format:

During the Round Robin Elimination Stage, each team plays three (3) rounds.

Each Round consists of four (4) matches:

• Girls Doubles

• Boys Doubles

• Mixed Doubles 1

• Mixed Doubles 2

The first team to win 3 matches wins the Round.

• If the score is tied at the buzzer, a final deciding point—called One and Done—will be played. The pair that wins this point wins the Match.

• If the Round ends in a 2–2 draw, a Final Fire (first to win three points), is played by the 2nd Mixed Doubles Pair. The pair that wins the Final Fire will determine the winner of the Round.

Game Details:

• Each match is played for exactly 10 minutes.

• Rally scoring is used: a point is awarded after every rally, no matter who served.

• When the 10-minute timer ends, the match stops immediately.

• The team with the higher score at the buzzer wins the match.

• If the score is tied at the buzzer, a One and Done rally will decide the winner. The team that wins this single point wins the match!

Player Substitutions & Team Changes

Your team may substitute a player in cases of emergency, such as injury, illness, or unavoidable schedule conflicts. Alternate players must be of the same gender as the player they are replacing.

• Team changes must be finalized no later than 3 days before the tournament. In cases of injury or emergency, changes will be subject to approval by the tournament organizers.

• You must email and submit these details to in10s.games@gmail.com after initial registration using the subject: “Team Changes_[Team Name]”

  
  

Registration Fees

• The Registration Fee is Php 5,500 per team. Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable once paid. If your team is unable to participate on tournament day, you may still claim your official tournament shirt.

• Guaranteed 12 games per team (6 games per player).

• Each player will receive a Player Pack upon arrival on game day with the Official Tournament Shirt and vouchers from our Partner Brands.

2.    Entry fees shall be paid only via online payment options through GCash or UnionBank Transfer.

3.    A confirmation email will be sent after all details and documents have been reviewed.
